How do I contact Customer Service?
Please call us at 855-998-4326 with any questions or before returning anything to the store.

Where can I get the Instruction Manual?
A copy of the instruction manual in English was enclosed with your product. If you are unable to locate it, you can download a copy from our download section.

I hear an Echo when I have my Soundbar turned on. How do I fix it?
The echo is caused by Audio coming out of multiple sources.
Use the TV remote or the buttons directly on the TV, to reduce the TV Volume to Zero.
This will mean that all of the sound will be coming from your Soundbar/Stereo/Surround Sound System.
You can then use the remote that came with your AUDIO device to control the Audio for the TV.

Cannot receive certain channels through the antenna
Perform Channel Scan to add channels into the TV tuner memory.

No color on TV
Check the video installation of your external A / V equipment.

Video noise or choppy picture
Readjust antenna.
Keep TV away from noise sources, neon lights, and microwave appliances..

TV blocked in certain channels
Perform Channel Scan to add channels into the TV tuner memory.
Check whether the channel was deleted.
Check parental control settings.
Restore default settings.

Cannot use certain functions
ŸIf the item chosen in a menu is gray text, that item cannot be selected in the current input.

No sound on TV
Check that connected audio cables are completely inserted.
Verify you have selected the correct audio source from your amplifier.
Mute function may be enabled, press mute on the remote.

Black box on screen
The "Text" option is enabled and no text is available.
Press the CCD button on the remote control to turn it off.

No power
Batteries in the remote control may need replacing.
Re-attach AC plug to wall outlet.

No picture
Digital TV channel signal may be weak, try another channel.
Press INPUT to verify desired input selected.
Re-connect the antenna or cable wiring.
Restore default settings.


Remote does not function
Replace batteries with new ones.
Check that battery polarity is correct.
Point remote directly at the TV's IR receiver.

Tablet Specific FAQ

Where can I download Apps ?
At the bottom of the Home screen, is the icon for the Google Play Store App. Tap on this icon and once the Google Play Store opens, follow the on-screen instructions.
NOTE: The developer of each App determines the minimum system requirements a device must have to properly experience their App. This means; not every Tablet is compatible with every App due to hardware and software differences.

What is a Factory Data reset ?
It is strongly recommended to back up your tablet data using Google Backup Services before performing a Factory Data Reset as all user data will be deleted
from the tablet.
A Factory Data Reset restores the tablet to the original factory settings and removes ALL Photos, Music, Videos, Apps, Preferences, Settings, and other user
files from the tablet.
Do NOT use the Factory Data Reset unless you fully understand ALL Photos, Music, Videos, Apps, Preferences, Settings, and other user files, which are
currently on the tablet will be deleted.
If you are unsure using Factory Data Reset will solve your problem, contact customer support first. Doing so could result in losing all your data stored on your
device.

How to copy Music, Videos or Photos to the tablet?
Plug your tablet into your computer using the mini USB to USB Cable. When the USB icon shows up on the tablet, tap it and select "USB CONNECTED" and
then select "USB Storage". Then you can copy and paste or "drag & drop" files directly from your computer to the tablet USB icon just like the Tablet was an
external USB drive.
Music, Video, or Photo Files can also be loaded onto a microSD card for use with the tablet.

Music/Movie file will not play
Make sure the file format you're attempting to play is listed in the Compatible Audio/Video Formats list in the
Technical Specifications section of the manual.

Tablet storage is full
Add more storage by inserting a microSD card
Transfer or Delete unused files using the Explorer or FileManager App

Unable to connect to Wi-Fi network
ŸMake sure you are not too far from the Wi-Fi router/hotspot. We recommend a distance of 5 to 35 Feet.
ŸCheck the Quick Settings to confirm Wi-Fi is ON and Airplane Mode is OFF.
Make sure you have the correct password entered for your Wi-Fi network in the Settings App.
Tap "View Password" to confirm the correct password.
ŸGo to the Settings App, and toggle the Wi-Fi Setting OFF & ON to attempt to reconnect to the
Wi-Fi network.
ŸRestart your Wi-Fi router.
ŸTry connecting to a different Wi-Fi network if one is available.

Wi-Fi reception is poor
Make sure you are not too far from the Wi-Fi router/hotspot. We recommend a distance of 5 to 35 Feet.
Restart your Wi-Fi router.
Reconfigure the Wireless channel being broadcast by your router. Check your Router's instruction manual,
or contact your Router Manufacturer for details.

No Sound
Check the volume is not set too low.
Use a different App, Song, Video, etc. to check if there is sound.
Restart the Tablet by powering the tablet OFF & ON
ŸReset the tablet by following the steps below
Ÿ 1. Insert a thin, straight object like a paper clip into the Reset hole next to the HOME button
on the Tablet side.
Ÿ 2. Insert, press & hold the object in the Manual Reset hole for about 2-3 seconds until the Tablet restarts.

Sound but No Picture
Try using another App, Song, Video, etc. to check if there is picture.
Restart the Tablet by powering the tablet OFF & ON

Ÿ 1. Insert a thin, straight object like a paper clip into the Reset hole next to the HOME button
on the Tablet side.
Ÿ 2. Insert, press & hold the object in the Manual Reset hole for about 2-3 seconds until the Tablet restarts.

Screen does not rotate or is slow to rotate
Some Apps are designed to work in only one screen orientation and will not rotate. Contact the App developer by locating the developer contact information in
the App information in the Google Play store if you desire more details.

Calibrate the G-Sensor
Ÿ 1. Enter the “Settings” App.
Ÿ 2. Select “Display”, then Select ”G-Sensor Auto Zero”.
Ÿ 3. Place the tablet on a flat surface and keep it in a horizontal status.
Ÿ 4. Tap "Click Calibration G-Sensor" to calibrate the G-Sensor.

Screen is frozen
ŸReset the tablet by following the steps below
Ÿ 1. Insert a thin, straight object like a paper clip into the Reset hole next to the HOME button on the Tablet side.
Ÿ 2. Insert, press & hold the object in the Manual Reset hole for about 2-3 seconds until the Tablet restarts.

App incompatible with device
The developer of each App determines the minimum system requirements a device must have to properly experience their App. This means; not every Tablet is compatible with every App due to hardware and software differences.
If an App is not compatible with your tablet, you will get an error message stating "This app is not compatible with this device".

My App stopped downloading (tablet)
ŸIf the App begins downloading but could not finish try the following:
1. Exit and re-enter the Google Play Store App, then attempt to download the App again
2. Restart the Tablet by powering the tablet OFF & ON. Then attempt to download the App again
3. Application Storage space may be too full. To resolve this issue delete unused Apps, and/or move Apps
to the Main Internal Memory.

Unable to install App - "Not Enough Memory" Error message
By default, Apps are downloaded to a specific part of the Tablet's Flash Storage Memory. If this App Storage Memory area becomes too full, you may see an Error Message stating "Not Enough Memory" while trying to download a new App. This error can be easily solved by either Deleting Unused Apps, or by Moving an App to the Main Internal Memory.

ŸTo Delete an App:
1. Enter the "Settings App"
2. Select "Apps"
3. Tap on the App you wish to Delete
4. Tap on "Uninstall" then Tap on "OK" to confirm.

NOTE: Some Apps are part of the Operating or Startup System and can not be deleted. For these Apps you will not see an "Uninstall" option.

ŸTo Move an App to the Main Internal Memory:
1. Enter the "Settings App"
2. Select "Apps"
3. Tap on the App you wish to Move
4. Tap on "Move to SD Card"

NOTE: Some Apps are part of the Operating or Startup System and can not be moved. For these Apps you will not see a choice for "Move to SD Card"
