How do I contact Customer Service?
Please call us at 855-719-8324 with any questions or before returning anything to the store.

No Power
Verify the power adapter is connected properly at the photo frame and the wall outlet.
Unplug the power adapter from the rear of the photo frame for 30 seconds, and then reinsert the power adapter to restart the photo frame.
Make sure the electrical outlet is working properly by carefully plugging in another device.

Pictures are Frozen
Unplug the power adapter from the rear of the photo frame for 30 seconds,and then reinsert the power adapter to restart the photo frame.
Remove and resinsert the SD/SDHC card from the Photo Frame.

Will Not Display Pictures
Make sure only JPEG or JPG format files are stored on the SD/SDHC Card.
Check to insure the SD/SDHC Card is inserted the correct way.

Will Not Read SD Card
This device only works with SD and SDHC cards with a maximum capacity of 32 gigabytes or less.
Check to insure the SD/SDHC Card is inserted the correct way.
