Where can I get the Instruction Manual?
A copy of the instruction manual was enclosed with your purchase. If you are unable to locate it, you can download a copy from the downloads section.

No Power
Please check to make sure the power cord is firmly plugged into the unit and into an electrical outlet.

What do I do if the remote control does not work?
Please check to make sure the battery is inserted the correct way into your remote. If the remote still fails, we would recommend replacing the battery. If you continue to have issues, make sure there are no obstructions between you and the remote control sensor on the unit.
